Roasted sweet potato, onion, thyme and roasted capsicum soup topped with smoky paprika, cannellini beans and a dollop of mascarpone served with char-grilled herb bread.
Arancini balls stuffed with bacon, mushrooms, parmesan, mozzarella and onion served with a smoky paprika and chilli aioli.
Char-grilled lamb rump sliced and served on a bed of minted roasted vegetables and chick peas. Drizzled with a sticky red wine jus and finished with crumbled feta and dukkah spices.
Oven baked barramundi fillet cooked in a saffron, green bean, cherry tomato, fennel seed, fresh lemon and white wine sauce with a hint of honey. Served with herb smashed potatoes and finished with micro herbs.
Sticky date pudding topped with a butterscotch sauce, fresh strawberries an cream.
Pan baked deconstructed apple crumble served on warm vanilla custard and topped with ice cream, maple syrup and cinnamon sugar.
Baked salted caramel, oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough served with a gooey centre and topped with cookie dough gelati and chocolate flakes.
